TERNA appoints Magnus Thibblin as Head of Sales

TERNA Systems AB, a leading technology company providing subscription-based machine control solutions, has appointed Magnus Thibblin as Head of Sales.

As Head of Sales, Magnus's mission is to shape and execute TERNA’s global go-to-market strategy in close cooperation with its founders and scale the company’s commercial capacity to drive growth.

Before joining TERNA, Magnus held several senior leadership positions at Hexagon, including global responsibility for Hexagon Geosystems' OEM Field Business, operating out of Dallas; global responsibility for Hexagon Geosystems’ Machine Control Business (Leica), operating out of Odense, Denmark; and Vice President of Heavy Construction in North America, where he operated out of Atlanta as well as San Francisco, significantly growing the Machine Control business. Magnus started his career at Svensk Byggnadsgeodesi AB (SBG, now part of Hexagon), with focus on business development and sales, shaping future products, and managing global sales channel.

Magnus leverages over 25 years of experience working with machine control and guidance applications and systems. He was instrumental in scaling Leica’s Machine Control business globally, as well as driving successful partnerships with OEMs such as John Deere, CNH Industrial and JCB.
