TERNA appoints Mattias Korall as Head of Customer Success.

TERNA Systems AB, a leading technology company delivering machine control solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mattias Korall as its new Head of Customer Success. In this role, Mattias will lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, drive retention, and support long-term client growth.

Mattias brings a solid track record from the machine control, geospatial and surveying industries, combining deep technical insight with a customer-first mindset. Prior to joining Terna, he held several leadership positions among which Regional Director at Hexagon Geosystems and CEO of Topcon’s Swedish re-seller of Geomatics and machine control solutions. Most recently, Mattias served as Division Manager at Trafikverket, where he successfully led efforts to improve quality and efficiency in some of Sweden’s most significant infrastructure projects, an experience that will strongly contribute to keeping Terna’s solutions at the forefront of meeting the demands of the machine control market.

As Head of Customer Success, starting November 1st, Mattias will focus on strengthening the connection between Terna and its growing user community. His mission includes ensuring that customers continue to receive exceptional support while realizing the full potential of Terna’s solutions. The appointment comes as Terna Systems continues to expand its footprint.

Mattias leverages over 25 years of experience working with machine control applications, systems and surveying.
